  • Blockchain Data: All on-chain transactions are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain. We may index and display this public blockchain data within the Platform.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. On-chain data exists permanently on the Solana blockchain and cannot be modified or deleted by us or any party.

EXPLICIT BLOCKCHAIN WAIVER: You acknowledge that the Solana blockchain is a public, immutable, and decentralized ledger. When you connect your wallet and execute transactions, your wallet address, transaction amounts, and interactions with our smart contracts are permanently and irrevocably recorded. VibeVote does not control the Solana network and acts solely as an interface. By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that it is technologically impossible for us to alter, delete, or obscure this public ledger. Therefore, you waive any right to 'erasure' or 'the right to be forgotten' (under GDPR or similar global privacy laws) regarding any data broadcasted to the Solana blockchain. We can only delete data stored on our centralized, off-chain servers.
